Q: How do I request a new pool card?
A:  Please click HERE to request a new pool card.

If your pool key isn’t working please contact dfwamenity@goodwintx.com and provide your pool card number ( or send a picture of the card with the number) so that it can be reprogrammed.

Q: How much are the cards?
 A: 
First Time Request= 1st class mail or pick up: No Charge, Priority Mail $8;
      Replacement Card= 1st class mail or pick up: $10, Priority Mail $20;
      Replacement within 2 years= 1st class mail or pick up: $25, Priority mail: $35.
      You would need to inform Goodwin on your request on which delivery option you would like. 

Q: How do I pay for my pool access card?
A: Any charges will be billed to your HOA account.  Click HERE to pay for any applicable charges.

Q: What are the operating hours of the pool?
 A: 
Lap Swim. 8AM-10AM; General Open Hours 10AM-10PM

Q: How many guests can I have at the pool?
 A: 
Residents are permitted up to 2 guests per household member, with a limit of 10 guests.

Clubhouse/ Community Center

Q: How can I reserve the clubhouse for a party?
A: For those using TownSq> The clubhouse can be reserved by logging into TownSq and clicking on the Reservation link on the menu bar. 

If reserved by email to Manager> The clubhouse can be reserved by sending a request to your community manager via email to DPPCManager@goodwintx.com.
